The online research business is booming worldwide. Placing customer satisfaction at the very core of business strategy has never been so prevalent. Exhibition organisers and publishers have a continuous influx of fresh contact data (readers, visitors, CRM) and a frequent requirement for online surveys. Conventional survey tools cannot conduct the sophisticated level of research these markets needs to capitalize on their market position and the alternatives are unfeasibly expensive.
Our Client markets a specialist online survey system providing the most sophisticated research, analysis and benchmarking for the events and publishing businesses.??They are a new and highly ambitious international business with an aggressive global growth strategy looking to develop a sales team to take?their outstanding products to market worldwide. Currently a team of 4 based in a stylish, modern, well equipped office right next to East Croydon station with stunning views over London
They are looking to recruit an ambitious business minded professional to spearhead the sales and marketing of their latest ground breaking product

You will have:

? A good knowledge of marketing?techniques both remote and face to face ?
Extensive experience in sales?selling at MD level

Be completely up to date with events and companies in either the exhibition industry or the research industry?

Have ambition - to develop a team, build and lead a business?

The role will involve

Generating new clients from first contact through to closing the business

Pursuing portfolio deals with major publishing and event companies

Demonstrating our clients?software to companies all over the world via online meetings

Training clients in how to use the software

Account management and development

Reporting to the Managing Director

Building the business with a view to recruiting and developing a sales team reporting to the Sales Manager
